Superior Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is fortunate to have an award winning landscape designer on staff. Our designer graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture. She has worked in the industry for over 12 years and is knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape design.

Each plan created is unique to the homeowner it is designed for. Each homeowner receives a uniquely created and designed plan. Although we can use CAD for design, the majority of our plans are hand drawn and rendered, making them not only beautiful to look at, but also easy to understand. Although we can use CAD for design, the majority of our plans are beautifully hand drawn and rendered with superior readability. This creative aspect is often lost with the use of CAD, as computers can limit the creativity necessary in design.

The design process is simple:

1. Contact us and our qualified designer will set up an appointment for an initial consultation.
2. At the initial consultation, our designer will take thorough notes on what you would like to have done. Together you can walk the site, and look at a portfolio of jobs that we have done in the past.
3. From this initial meeting, a detailed landscape plan and estimate will be created. Within one week, our designer will contact you to set up a final presentation.
4. At a second meeting the landscape plan and cost estimate for installation will be presented. Any revisions can be done at this time, and when the design is exactly how you would like it, we will schedule you for installation. After possible revisions to the design are complete to your satisfaction, installation is scheduled. If you choose not to have us install the complete or partial design, then we retain the plan at no cost to you. Unlike many of our competitors, we still choose not to charge for our initial consultation and design service. The reason is simple. After seeing the customized design, 90% of clients will have some portion of it installed.
